BAND BOOSTER VOLUNTEER FORM for 2011-2012




Our DSJ Band Boosters are AWESOME!


Many people do not realize that our band is 100% booster-funded. We receive no money from the school or parish for our band program. All of the money is raised by students and band boosters through our annual sales (Fruit, Plants and flowers) Football concessions, football and basketball programs, basketball coat check, etc.

Without a strong booster organization, our band would not be able to survive. Band booster and sales funds pay for buses to all football games, contests, and band trips; new music; new instruments and instrument repairs; room equipment (music stands, shelves, file cabinets, etc.); marching band uniforms; and all needed supplies.

Band Booster meetings are the second Monday of every month (except November and July) at 7:30pm in the band room. All band parents are invited to attend!
